This page is a collection of photo samples taken with the Tamron AF 28-75mm f/2.8 SP XR ZL Di LD Aspherical (IF) lens for Nikon Digital SLR cameras (with built-in motor, and without), plus related image galleries, user pictures and other examples that I’ve come across in forums, online communities, blogs and related websites.
This should help in determining if the image quality of the 28-75/2.8 SP Di meets your expectations.
Bear in mind that the majority of these photos are re-sized, and may have gone through post-processing, retouching or other edits. I just thought that it would be interesting to see, at a glance, what Tamron 28-75mm f2.8 owners and users are shooting with their lens.
Full-sized images, where available, will assist with judging the image quality.

Great-looking photo by Lionel P.
You can evaluate the bokeh characteristics of this lens to a certain extent on account of the trees in the background.
My sample at 75mm, wide open at f/2.8

The Tamron 28-75 gives great and unobtrusive bokeh, especially when you shoot it at the extreme telephoto end of the zoom range, and leave the aperture wide open.
Stuff used for this shot: Nikon D70 (RAW file), Aperture by Apple, Flickr.
