This is the Nikon COOLPIX S31 rugged waterproof digital camera, which was announced on Jan 29, 2013:
Nikon claims that the 10 MP (megapixel) S31 is waterproof (up to 16.5 feet / 5 m) and shockproof (up to 3.6 feet / 1.2 m).
The lens on the S31 has a 35mm equivalent zoom range of 28-97mm.
