This is the Nikon COOLPIX L28, an affordable compact digital camera announced on Jan 29, 2013:
The budget 20.1 MP (megapixel) L28 is fitted with a 1/2.3-inch CCD sensor, and records HD 720p (1920 x 1080) monaural (mono) movies.
The 5x, f/3.2-6.5 lens on the L28 has a 35mm equivalent zoom range of 26-130mm. There is no optical stabilization built into the lens.
