The new DT 55-200 is optimized for use with APS-C sized image sensors found in Sony Alpha Digital SLR cameras such as the Sony A380, and features a Smooth Autofocus Motor (SAM) that enables in-lens auto focus (AF) drive for smooth, quiet operation, and high optical performance in a compact size.

Basic specs:

  • Weight: 10.76 oz (305 g).

  • Dimensions (measurements): 2.82”x 3.35” (71.5 x 85mm).

  • Minimum (close) focusing distance: 3.2ft (0.95m).

  • Maximum magnification: 0.29x.

  • Filter thread size (diameter): 55mm.
