I have been searching for a small camera (point and shoot) for some time. I have been avoiding the purchase due to "shutter lag" /"processor lag". I do not want to take a picture and the subject is not in it because it moved....and i do not want to have to do all the tricks to speed things up.
I think it is time that they stopped increasing the mega pixels...and start concentrating on the speed and noise, and the important stuff at this time. the megapixels are large enough know to print what any point and shoot person would want to.. I am hoping the P6000 hits the home run. I also own SB 800's so the nikon P6000 would give the extra benefit. I will buy any brand that has the right specs..i do hope it is Nikon.
