Casio NP-80 lithium-ion battery pack – The standard Casio NP80 Li-ion battery that comes with your camera is specified to let the G1 take 300 shots per charge. Purchase additional NP80 batteries so that your G1 continues to have a backup power source during extended shooting sessions. Third-party / aftermarket / compatible NP-80 batteries are also available.

For storage, the EX-G1 uses microSD or microSDHC cards.

To ensure smooth recording of video and high resolution images, go for Class 6 or faster microSDHC cards.
